Abstract

For understanding the antagonism of free and media trail one need to have a close look over the development of the judiciary and the media and their present situation in the society. Both Judiciary and media are enshrined with the same obligation; i.e. to find out the reality, to maintain democratic esteems and to manage social, political and financial issues in the society so as to uphold the stability of the country. Media has always been considered as the eyes and ears of the public due to their exposure towards each and every incident which are always hidden from the public.
