Abstract

The use of technology has a significant influence on working relationships as well as responsibilities. Training is an essential aspect in any industry to adopt new technologies and to provide quality in services and to stay ahead in competition, so as in library also. This paper focused on training needs of library supportive staff and attempts to provide some suggestions for organizers of such training programs.
