Abstract

From the perspective of an effective control of buildings, managers must have a clear understanding of how the buildings perform. Their performance must be measured. POE (POE) is used today as an international comprehensive term for a wide range of evaluation methods that all have one thing in common: that they aim for feedback from completed and occupied buildings from a user perspective.
